This June at PPN Bromley we’re excited to welcome Wendy Brumwell. Wendy is a hands-on property developer, coach and mentor who specialises in turning unloved commercial spaces into beautiful homes. Her focus is on commercial conversions, planning gain and self-build developments that create real value and lasting impact.

Since co-founding Solution Property in 2013, Wendy has built a multi-million pound property portfolio through smart development, planning uplift and strategic conversions. She’s passionate about helping others do the same, often showing how just one well-executed deal can change your financial future.

She is a coach and trainer for Progressive Property’s Commercial Conversions programme and brings a rare mix of practical know-how and deep understanding of mindset and motivation. As a certified coach and mentor, Wendy knows the right questions to ask and the right support to give to help people take real action.

Her own journey includes designing and building her family’s dream home, and now she supports others who want to take on their own self-build projects.

Away from property, Wendy is a professional figure skating coach, helping people perform under pressure in high-stakes environments. Her book, A Successful State of Mind, explores how to apply the mindset of elite athletes to succeed in business and property.
